Direct HomeCare was established in 1999. Our
specialism is in the specific provision of home care for people
who need support to remain independent in their own homes, especially
in the rural areas of North Devon and Mid Devon. We provide
a variety of care and support services to assist service users
with the activities of daily living.
Direct HomeCare is dynamic and flexible and promises to be responsive
to the changing needs of the client, working alongside health
professionals, social services and other voluntary organisations,
to deliver a tailor made package of care.
Direct HomeCare is advised by a qualified ex- District Nursing
Sister who after many years in district nursing clearly understands
the issues involved in community care and the importance of
quality care.

concerning the quality of the service provided, and regularly
reviews the level of client satisfaction.
An efficient complaints procedure exists to sensitively address
problems with the delivery of home care to ensure highest
